This meeting has been cancelled and is tentatively rescheduled for October 27.

You are invited to attend the next meeting of the Pennsylvania State Council of Farm Organizations to be held at the PA Department of Agriculture.

Program

In addition to the business of the Association at the Council Meeting there are several programs based on topics of current interest to PSCFO members:

•  Feral Hogs Issue and Invasive Species Question.  This panel would include representatives from the Game Commission, PDA and affected agricultural groups
• EPA/Army Corps of Engineers regarding proposed Water Rule and Impact on PA Farms.  Invitations to participate on this panel are going to EPA, a Member of Congress, and PDA.
•  In addition, officials from the PA Department of Agriculture will discuss regulatory issues with the PSCFO Council such as Food Safety Modernization Act (FDA) Rules updates.

As is customary, the agenda will include an opportunity for Council members to share their views and present updates on issues important to them to the Council and top PDA staff.
