Delaware Valley College submitted an application to the PA Department of Education to change its status to Delaware Valley University with an effective date of December 1, 2014.  NOTE:  This is a corrected effective date as the original posting in the September 27 PA Bulletin said incorrectly that the change would take effect in 2015.
