In addition to the business of the Association at the Council Meeting, programs will include discussion on Broadband  and the proposed PA Farm Bill:

• PA Department of Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding and Natalie Krak, PDA Policy Director on the PA Farm Bill
• Sheri Collins, Acting Executive Director, Governor’s Office of Broadband Initiatives on universal access to Broadband in Pennsylvania (RestorePA proposal)
